r What are my responsibilities?
r Develop and implement mechanical concepts based on appropriate evaluations for
r Drive and NC products during product development process
r 负责驱动和数控类产品从概念到产品的结构设计方案
r Design and qualify mechanical components, for example: plastic, metal,
r die-casting, membrane-film…
r 机械类零件的设计开发及验证导入,如塑料件,钣金件, 压铸件,薄膜……
r Define and ｓｅｌｅｃｔ standard components, for example: screw, connector, fan…
r 标准件的定义和选型,如螺钉,连接器,风扇……
r Cooperate with simulation engineer to ｅｘｅｃute structural and thermal
r calculations, simulations and proof the feasibilities of chosen solutions and
r optimization
r 协同仿真工程师执行结构设计和热的仿真和计算,方案验证及优化
r Cooperate with manufacturing engineer for manufacturing demands like poka
r yoke, DFM and DFT
r 协同制造工程师确定生产装配的要求, 比如防呆设计，DFM和DFT
r Participate in mechanical design review
r 参与结构设计评审
r Cooperate with GP/CE/LC engineers to develop suppliers for mechanical
r components
r 协同采购/元器件/物流工程师一同开发机械零件的供应商
r Take part in product care activities, root cause analysis, action proposals
r and improvements
r 负责量产产品的日常生产维护,分析和解决生产中的技术问题
r Support customers (sales, product management), service, production, suppliers
r on technical issues
r 为客户,服务,生产,供应商提供技术支持
r What do I need to qualify for this job?
r Bachelor degree or above– mechanical or similar
r 大学本科（含）及以上学历- 机械或相关专业
r ≥3 years’ experience in mechanical design, prefer to have experience on Drive
r and NC development
r 3年及以上的结构设计经验，有驱动和数控类产品开发经验优先
r Familiar with the manufacture process of mechanical components, for example,
r the tooling, punching, machining, surface treatment etc.
r 熟悉各类机械类零件的制造加工工艺，如模具，冲压，机加及表面处理等
r Familiar with 3D Design tools – NX
r 熟悉3D开发设计软件NX
r Good at English both in spoken and written.
r 良好的英语口语及书面表达能力
r Good communication skill and teamwork spirit.
r 良好的沟通协调能力及团队合作精神
r Good ownership and positive attitude
r 具备良好的敬业精神，责任心强，工作积极主动
r Good learning ability.

r Prefer to have experience on simulation tools like Flotherm for electronic
r thermal simulation and NX for structural simulation
