Job Responsibilities:1. Manage and conduct a range of formative usability studies during concept development, and summative usability studies for human factors validation. 执行项目涉及产品的形成性可用性评测和总结性可用性评测。2. Lead and create detailed HF protocols & reports. 设计制定可用性测试方案,采集数据,分析数据,编制可用性分析报告。3. Other responsibilities assigned by Manager. 完成经理指派的其他工作任务。Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor Degree or above; Major in ergonomics or psychology is preferred. 本科及以上学历,人体工程学或心理学专业优先。2. At least 2 years’ experiences in human factors engineering with an emphasis on Medical Device products. 至少有2年人因工程经验,医疗器械产品经验者优先考虑。3. Work proactive, have good analysis and problem-solving skills, and have a strong sense of responsibility. 工作积极主动,具有良好的分析和解决问题的能力,责任心强。4. Understanding of current medical device Human Factors standards, NMPA guidance on HF and FDA Guidance (ie. ISO/IEC-62366-1, ANSI/HE-75, etc.). 熟悉当前的医疗器械人因标准(即IEC 62366-1,ANSI / HE-75等)。5. Good oral and written technical communication skills in both Mandarin and English (technical writing background is a plus). 具有良好的中文和英文口语和书面技术交流能力(具有技术写作背景者优先)。6. Ability to conduct one-on-one user interviews with utmost professionally, composure, and consistency. 能够专业的进行一对一的用户访谈。7. Willing to travel to conduct usability studies. 愿意出差进行可用性研究。
