任职要求
1.Bachelor or ｍａｓｔｅｒ degree in the field of Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic integration, Measurement and Control Technology, Mechanical Design, etc. relevant majors；

研究生或者本科以上学历，电气工程, 机电一体化，测控技术，机械设计等相关专业；

2.Systematic analysis and design ability, independent planning and emergency problem solving ability.
有系统分析设计能力，独立规划和突发问题解决能力；

3.Work seriously and responsible, actively find and solve problems.
工作认真负责，主动积极发现问题、解决问题；

4. Rigorous design concept and ability to control details.
严谨的设计理念和对细节的把控能力；

5.Communication and problem-solving skills.
良好的沟通协调和解决问题的能力；

6.Good spoken English
英语口语流利
7.Experience in project management, product design, fan field and SolidWorks mechanical design is preferred.
有项目管理，产品设计，风机领域，3D设计软件相关工作经验者优先；


Job Deｓｃｒｉｐｔion
职位职责
1. Responsible for product design of fan project.
负责风机项目的设计工作；

2. Ensure the QDC (quality, ｄｅｌivery, cost) of the project.
确保负责项目的QDC(质量，交期，成本)；

3. Assist foreign colleagues in technical communication with customers in APAC.
协助国外同事对接客户技术交流；

4. Responsible for fan products， design, transformation work.
负责风机产品，设计，改造工作；

5. According to product performance requirements, take ｃｈａｒge of the development of product design.
根据产品功能需求，负责制定产品设计方案；

6. Responsible for fan design drawings and output BOM.
完成风机结构、机械部件的设计出图及BOM 编制；

7. To track the project progress of products and implement progress control.
参与产品的项目进度跟踪，实施进度管控；

8. Coordinate foreign and domestic teams to solve product design problems.
协调国外，国内，风机产品出现的相关问题，给出方案和解决办法；

9. Write technical documents of fan products, improve and optimize existing products, and continuously optimize product design.
编写风机产品技术文档，完善优化现有产品，持续优化产品设计；

专业要求：机械设计制造及其自动化
