Purpose of this roleTo support digital operations and consumer service team, this role is responsible for managing monthly payment and accrual process, CODE meeting logistics support, building process library structure, and other tasks assigned by managers.Key responsibilitiesAssist in information collection and consolidation, be able to use right office program (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc) to ｄｅｌiver the result in expense, project list and status ｕｐｄａｔｅ, document content, etcImplement the monthly payment procedure and accrual process in system by partnering with cross functional team leaders and finance departmentSupport the logistics of hosting CODE meetings, eg sample product ordering, catering reservationDesign and build the structure and layout of digital operations and consumer service working process libraryQualificationsStudents enrolled in undergraduate or graduate studies in Business, Finance, Acｃｏｕｎｔing or other related disciplinesProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPointHas experience in finance projectMeticulous and be willing to call out for any uncertaintyCurious and able to learn fastExperience with bookkeeping and acｃｏｕｎｔing will be a plusExperience with event organization will be a plusFluent in both written & spoken EnglishAble to work 3 or 4 days per week, for consecutive 6 monthsYou will get: Knowledge about business and product from one of the most respected companiesExperience of ecommerce operations and product data system managementProfessional practice of talented colleagues from diversified backgrounds实习工资25元/小时。员工食堂+免费班车+健身房+篮球场+足球场
