We are looking for a new colleague Facility Engineer for our Division
r Industrial Technology at our location of Beichen District, Tianjin.
r Your tasks:

r Purpose of the job: In ｃｈａｒge of the building construction, Firefighting
r system, Industry doors and Power supply system management. Manage and maintain
r all the auxiliaries related with these systems to keep them running in a good
r condition and reach the availability target.
r *
r Major acｃｏｕｎｔability: 1). Responsibility for Building construction and the
r auxiliary facility (roof, wall, road, fence and so on) management, running and
r maintenance. 2). Responsibility for the Firefighting system management,
r running, and maintenance, make sure the system working in the right way. 3).
r Responsibility for the Industry Door (rolling door, shuttle door) management,
r running and maintenance; 4). Responsibility for the natural gas system
r management, running and maintenance, make sure the gas system running in safety
r all the time. 5). Cooperation Power Supply System management and provide
r reasonable advice. 6). Planned maintenance task development and ｅｘｅｃution to
r ensure the availability target can be reach. Make report and analysis the
r problem root case and take action to reduce the down time or the maintain cost.
r 7). Responsibility for the projects that related with the new facility
r equipment installation, existing equipment’s improvement and final acceptance.
r 8). Handle all the systems which responsibility emergency repair and make
r effective trouble shooting. 9). Spare part identification timely and
r thoroughly. 10). Make the budget of the system which responsible for. 11).
r Cooperate with subcontract and control the cost and quality. 12). Train and
r manage facility technician with share the experience and knowledges. 13). Know
r well the facility systems such as overhead crane, forklift, chiller, HVAC and
r boiler and so on.

r Key Performance Indicators: 1). Availability of the power system. 2). PM on
r schedule percentage. 3). Firefighting system management.
r Your profile:
r *
r Education level: Bachelor of Engineering or above.
r *
r 3 Years of relevant experience in facility maintenance.
r *
r Technical Competencies & Skills: 1). Need fluent oral and written English
r capability. 2). Power system management; 3). Firefighting system.
