Position SummaryNYU Shanghai Athletics & Fitness aims to encourage and support every student to ensure equal access to different sports or any kinds physical activities. The objectives of NYU Shanghai Athletics are Build your Mind & Body, Promote Athletic Integrity, and ｃｒｅａｔｅ Violet Pride. Athletics program requires employees to hold clear and positive understandings towards sports/fitness and its role in human being’s development. This position will assist the Athletics Program Administrator in different endeavor of sports-related/fitness-related activities and events to ensure smooth operation of the program.ResponsibilitiesThe main responsibilities include:?Design posters and other necessary promotion materials for various athletics and fitness programs?ｕｐｄａｔｅ athletics and fitness activities on NYU Shanghai Engage website?Manage Athletics & Fitness WeChat acｃｏｕｎｔ and Instagram acｃｏｕｎｔ?Photograph and film events/activities and share the photos/clips with designated people on a timely manner?Other administration work as assigned, such as assist in coordinating programs, organizing storage, checking inventory, or other office work.QualificationRequired Education?Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree required. ?A Bachelor’s Degree in marketing related fields preferred.Required Experience?Experience with poster designing and content marketing is preferred?Experience studying/working in a multicultural environment is preferredRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities?Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese?Ability to pay attention to details?Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team?Can accept a flexible working schedule, including night shifts and weekend shifts?Photography skill and great interest in athletics and fitness will be plusWorking Time?At least 3 days a week for one semester, long-term internship preferred
