Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance and support to contractors to ensure the proper understanding and application of AL standards and procedures and CDI requirement;
Receive, inspect and hand-over E&C Hangzhou equipment and materials to contractors;
Perform safety control, and ｄｅｌivery safety events report,(PSSI, near miss), BSV, ACT implementation
Perform quality inspections and report on non-compliance;
Up-date and maintain project site documentation in his discipline, propose evolution to codes and standards related to construction works;
Collect, check and report actual work data from contractors in order to establish progress report;
Participate to CCI activities with the acceptance of works and related punch lists;
Have the authority to request quality controls compliance with ITP and test pack, to check, inspect witnesses, approve or reject work or part of work.
