岗位描述(Responsibilities):
·有2年以上销售工作经验;具有在铝行业工作经验或背景者优先;
At least 2 years of sales experience, aluminum industry or relevant background is preferred.
·负责销售公司产品的市场开拓及销售,参与制定市场策略;
Be responsible for the market department and sales of the company’s products and participate in the formulation of market strategies.
·不定期拜访客户,维护客户关系,提高客户满意度;
Visiting customers irregularly , maintaining customer relationship and improving customer satisfactions.
·定期与客户进行沟通,了解本企业产品在客户处的使用情况,并及时反馈客户对我公司产品的意见和建议;
Regularly communicate with customers, familiar with the use of our products at customer and timely feedback customers’ opinions and suggestions on our products.
·与技术部门合作,为客户提供售后服务和技术支持;
Coordinate with the technical department to provide customers with after-sales service and technical support.
·开拓新客户,深入挖掘老客户的新需求,为公司创造更多的销售机会;
Open up new customers, deeply into the new needs of old customers, and create more sales opportunities for the company.
·负责对客户、市场进行分析,为公司市场预测提供依据;
Responsible for the customers and market analysis to provide the basis for the company’s market prediction.
·与德国总部销售部门保持密切沟通;
Keeping close communication with the sales department of the German headquarters.
任职资格(Requirements):
·本科以上学历,冶金, 材料,化工及机械类等相关专业;
Bachelor degree or above, major in metallurgy; materials; chemical industry or Mechanical, etc.
·有良好的英文书写及口语沟通能力;
Good English writing and oral communication skills.
·对销售工作有热诚,具有团队意识,抗压力强,人际交往能力良好;
sincere to sales work, Team awareness, strong pressure resistance, good interpersonal skills.
·在工作中具备独立性,灵活性和积极性;
Be independent, flexible and motivation at work
·熟练使用办公软件;
Proficient in using office software.
·能适应经常出差
frequent travelling is required.
