岗位描述(Responsibilities):
·负责国内和出口销售订单处理和合同签定,并与财务对接；
Responsible for processing the domestic and export order , and signing the sales contract. Timely and accurately communicate with financial staff;
·与在中国的生产工厂进行协调,协助公司销售人员完成订单物流及售后服务；
Coordinate production situation with our factory in China, helping our sales to complete the purchase processing , communicate with logistics and provide the related the after-sales service ;
·支持德国总部销售部门的工作；
Give support to the sales department of the headquarters in Germany;
·支持公司销售人员进一步开拓市场；
Helping salesman to develop the market furthermore ;
·负责整理客户资料并维护公司系统中的订单和客户数据；
Filing customer information, maintaining the purchase order and customer data in the system;
·相关的销售协议、合同等存档管理；
Filing the sales contracts and all documents related ;
·负责中国的生产工厂辅料采购申请并实施采购; 跟踪发货和货物验收入库的相关工作;
Responsible for the procurement application of auxiliary materials for production plants in China and the implementation of procurement; tracking ｄｅｌivery and inspection of goods in the warehouse;

·能够胜任其他委派的任务，如行政方面的工作；
Capable of other possible necessary work tasks , e.g. administrative work;
任职资格(Requirements):
·大专及以上学历，国际贸易、经济管理类专业；
College degree or above, majored in international trade or economic management;
·1年以上有销售和物流经验者优先；
More than 1 years sales and Logistic experiences is preferred;
·有良好的英文沟通能力；
Good communication in English;
·对技术产品感兴趣;
Interested in technical products;
·在工作中具备独立性,灵活性和积极性；
Work with good independence, flexibility and motivation;
·熟练使用办公软件；
Be skilled at office software.
