Responsibility:
1. Mechanical and thermal design considering all facts of function, cost, schedule, DFM, etc.
2. RFQ package preparing including BOM cost and technical proposal.
3. Conducting mechanical \u0026 Thermal design review.
4. Designing Fixture used for mechanical and thermal test.
5. Identifying and implementing process improvements for internal and external benefit and preparing best-practices and lessons-learned documents
6. Leading to communicate with external Customer/marketing/sales/FAE and internal department;
7. Lead project team to solution for kinds issue that happen;
8. Innovation. Leveraging the latest technology, process, material to existing product designs.
9. On-site support for factory.


Requirement:
1. Familiar with Pro-E.
2. Be professional of PCB, Safety, EMI and DFM.
3. Knowledge of Flotherm or Ice-pack.
4. Fully understanding on thermal design.
5. Fully understanding on sheet-metal, die-cast and plastic.
6. Highly flexibility. Capability of handling various projects in parallel.
7. Good team cooperation, excellent in communication skills；
8. Fluently in English reading and speaking;
