Responsibility:
1. provide field training, demo and sales promotion to customers or colleagues’ demand; optimization of AE plasma power products usage and evaluate customer’s requirements;
2. directly coordinate with customer about its demand for new products, communication internally according to product spec and customer demand documents(CRDs).
3. provide trouble shooting service to understand, dispose and communicate for product issues.
4. support for specifying product roadmap base on plasma power business development.
5. cooperate with top experts on key market and application, provide leading ideas on plasma power products.
6. persist to construct mutual trustful and respectful relationship with key customers and colleagues.
7. accomplish business travel by needs.
8. accomplish other jobs by order.
1、对客户或同事提供所需要的产品和应用的现场培训，示范、促销、优化AE等离子体电源产品的使用，并评估客户的需求；
2、直接与客户协同确定其对于新产品应用的要求，并在公司内部按产品规格和客户需求文件（CRDs）进行沟通；
3、按需要提供排除故障和故障分析的服务以理解、处理、沟通与产品相关的事项；
4、基于等离子体电源行业发展趋势和新兴技术来协助定义产品路线图；
5、在关键的市场和应用方面能够与行业高级专家合作，提供关于等离子体电源产品的领导思维；
6、能够持续专注努力构建与关键客户和公司同事的强有力的相互信任、相互尊重的工作关系；
7、能够按需要完成出差任务；
8、完成上级领导交付的其他工作任务。
Requirement:
1. 5+ years field application experience in SEMI business, including 2+ years of RF products producing, application experience.
2. 2+ years of experience facing customer, eg. Field application, marketing, BD…
3. Have experience of using RF power in SEMI and other Hi-tech application.
4. Prefer with experience of directly working on RF power or other plasma power transferring technology.
5. Good English capability in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
6. Bachelor degree of engineering, or Junior college degree of engineering with 2+ years of engineering job experience.



1. 在SEMI行业5年以上的现场应用经验，包括2年以上的半导体RF电源产品的制造、应用经验。
2. 2年以上的面对客户的工作性质，如现场应用，产品市场，业务拓展等。
3. 具有使用RF电源在半导体及其他高技术应用的工作经验。
4. 具有直接使用半导体RF电源或其它等离子体电源转换技术的工作经验更佳。
5. 良好的英语听说读写能力。
6. 工科本科学历，或工科大专学历及两年以上工科工作经验。
