职位描述：1. Supervise the monitoring of variable operating and most relevant quality and productivity parameters in the units, in order to get process control and consistency;

2.Identify improvements in the operation of the processes, and manufacturing processes in order to optimize production and emission control;

3. Participate in conceptual design studies and basic engineering of investment projects and plant modifications;

4. ｕｐｄａｔｅ with the best process operating and control conditions, the ｍａｓｔｅｒ control plan (recipes) for the manufacture of LND products, verifying that current clients specifications are considered and reflected in the recipes;

根据最好的工艺操作和控制条件更新LND产品配方，并且能够考虑顾客的规格要求；

5. Use of Statistical Process Control for process data analysis and identification of improvements.
能够使用统计工具对工艺数据进行分析以及改善。
任职要求：

1. At least 1 year process engineer or production engineering must in chemical plant.至少1年化工厂工艺工程师或者工艺技术员经验。

2. Bachelor degree or above, major in chemical engineering, chemical engineering and process or polymer is preferred 本科以上学历，化工相关专业，化学工程与工艺或高分子专业优先

3. Or at least 3 years chemical plant working experience或者至少3年以上化工厂工作经验

4. 1 year management experience and polymer chemical production management experience is preferred. 1年以上的管理经验和有聚合物精细化工生产管理经验优先,工艺技术员也可以，或者在工艺部门工作。生产部的技术员。

5. Strong analytical ability, capable of solving problems independently, able to work under heavy load and finish the work on time分析能力强，具有独立解决问题的能力，能够承受高负荷的工作，按时完成工作

6. Proficient in Excel and WORD office software熟练EXCEL ,WORD 办公软件的操作
