岗位描述

1、Assist for preparing, cooking and presenting food as per his given instructions according to the established standards and ｅｘｅｃutes accordingly.

协助准备、烹饪和提供食品按照他指示根据既定的标准和相应的执行。

2、Follows the outlined standard and procedures precisely.

遵守本部门的标准及程序

3、Maintains high standards of personal hygiene, grooming and presentation.

保持高标准的个人卫生及形象

4、Always maintains high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in the kitchen, storage, Fridge’s and freezers.

保持工作区域、存储区域、保鲜及冷冻冰箱的高标准的卫生、干净及整洁。

5、Does mise en place , preparing ,cutting of food items when the need arise.

保证准确收货和充足的库存。

6、Ensures that all the kitchen equipment is in good working order and reports any faults or damage

保证所有的厨房设备正常工作如有问题马上报告
