Mailbox monitoring on Helpdesks of HR Systems2.?Access regular review on different HR systems3.?Support on HR System Projects meeting organizing and meeting minutes4.?Test HR system functions during UAT (User Acceptance Test)5.?Follow up on simple Change Requests of HR Systems6.?ｕｐｄａｔｅ Q&A document for knowledge sharing?7.?Monitor the status of HR system incidents8.?Analyze data of HR system incidents9.?Other tasks assigned by HR digitalization expertOur Qualification:?1. Education: Bachelor Degree or above (or comparable degree in major) major in?business administration, IT, English, German or a comparable course of study2.?Fluent in spoken and written English?(German is a plus point)3.?Knowledge and interest in HRIS (Information System), data analysis and project management?4.?Very good communication ability; Logical thinking; a strong sense of responsibility and data security as well as teamwork5.?Knowledge of MS-Office is required (Power BI is a plus point)6. Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation.7. Remain acｃｏｕｎｔable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong.8.
