Job Description Summary
Leads, coordinates and/or manages execution of marketing plans, identifies and executes opportunities for growth and share gain, and contributes to the development of a product/portfolio strategy including product positioning. Optimizes commercial execution though development of marketing and launch plans and aligning market insights with technology trends. Impacts approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working. Impacts quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own team. Guided by commercial practices and policies that may be shaped by the role. Has significant control/influence over commercial priorities. There is moderate autonomy within the role to enter into/execute Commercial arrangements. High levels of Commercial judgement are required to achieve outcomes required.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with Imaging China commercial team on perspective of marketing plan, integration, landing and execution. Take the responsibilities of integrating resource to achieve business strategy, define and deliver business growth, being effective in product/portfolio strategy development.
2. Lead strategic solution team on Radiotherapy solution in cross modality and strategic accounts and build radiotherapy KOLs and showsites.
3. Lead MA for modalities’ advanced application charges.
4. Explore AI opportunity to add value to business.
5. Strong communication skill to work in matrix org.
6. Initiate Imaging marketing strategy plan projects, and marketing activities functionally or nationally related, together with customers and sales team.
7. Establish business development expertise and communication skill, in order to build up strategy and business policies, and deliver them accordingly. Work with frontline or supporting teams of frontline.
8. Be flexible to involve Imaging commercial projects and marketing events to help business to solve problems and complete tasks with experience. Be equipped with technics and mindset to resolve problems.
9. Be a consultant to colleagues with less experience, and possibly lead projects with medium risks and resource requirements. Improve lobbying skills, and influence power in related areas.
10. Design, plan and organize training programs based on business requirement and support commercial team to improve business ability.
Qualifications Required:
1. Bachelor’s Degree.
2. Minimum of 10 years of sales experience including strategic selling and negotiation.
3. Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution- based sales process.
4. Strong communication skills to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messages.
5. Willingness and ability to travel within specified geographic region.
