Key Responsibilities:
1.Establish and maintain carbon friction manufacturing process that produces product according to the technology licensed to factory;
2.Establish and maintain carbon process control system through writing and updating working instruction, including process control card and other process control ｃｈａｒts;
3.Work closely with IT to identify ahe correct data at the right frequency to ensure sustainable process control;
4.Supervise the collection, review, dissemination, and archiving of material property, microstructure, and performance data that meets engineering requirements;
5.Maintain a frozen carbon manufacturing process subject to a configuration controlled change process;
6.Focal point for processing technical changes made to process specification and necessary process modifications;
7.Implementation of productivity and process improvements to achieve cost and lead time reductions, provide recommendation for the implementation of new technology to improve carbon process productivity and quality;
8.Maintains configuration control of carbon process plans, parameters, tooling and traceability;
9.Review collected carbon data, statistical process control parameters to ensure process remains within control and product remains consistent;
10.Leads troubleshooting of carbon process when process excursions of product variation occurs;
11. Interfaces with customer on process and quality improvement and partner engineering to ensure good communication.

2，5年以上热处理相关专业，熟悉AMS2750要求优先；
3，良好的英语听说读写能力；
4，良好的办公室软件应用能力；
5，良好的沟通能力，团队协作能力强，善于分析总结；
6，抗压能力强；
7，6西格玛绿带或黑带认证；
