Kay Accountabilities/ Responsibilities 主要工作职责:
1.Monitor the implementation of relevant admin or appointed policies and control the cost;
监督相关行政或指定政策的执行并控制成本;
2.Implement recruitment activities aligned with business needs, to make sure hiring vacancy is timely closed to support business priorities.
根据业务需要实施招聘活动,确保招聘空缺及时关闭,以支持业务优先级。
3.Manage the team of company car drivers, security guards/cleaners/dormitory administrators, and effectively implement related administrative work
管理公司小车司机,保安/保洁/宿管员团队,并有效落实有关行政工作。
4.Manage vendors (such as shuttle bus, gardening, stationery) to make the continues improvement;
管理行政有关供应商(如班车、园艺、文具等)并持续改进;
5. Organize outing or other employee activities
组织拓展或其他员工活动。
6. Responsible for other duties as required.
领导安排的其他相关工作。

Requirements/Qualifications 岗位要求
1.Bachelor degree or above Minimum 8 years of administrative experience , prior experience in a big manufacturing or foreign company preferred.
本科及以上相关专业, 8年以上人事行政相关工作经验, 有大型制造企业或外企工作经验者优先。
2.Self-motived and result oriented.

3.Professional interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills required.
专业的人际关系和书面/口头沟通能力
4.Good English skill both reading & writing, and is a plus if with oral English skills
较好的英语读写能力,有口语沟通能力优先
