POSITION DEｓｃｒｉｐｔION
1Aim at achieving high service level in terms of supply planning based on close collaboration with global supply team, local logistics and marketing
2Ensure product availability and successful New Product Introductions (NPI) at all times.
3Maintain data integrity in planning systems and provide accurate reporting
4To develop a demand plan (consensus forecast) for the ｃｏｕｎｔry with the right mix of products based on collaboration with Finance, Sales and Marketing.


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
1Target for high product availability performance at all times and great service level to internal and external customers with timely root cause investigation for loss and improvement action planned.
2Maintain and ｕｐｄａｔｅ the consensus forecast in the system; measure forecast accuracy, analyze forecast deviations and feedback to the Sales and Marketing Leaders in a timely manner to correct the situation.
3Closely corporation with the global team and local team to ensure timely ｄｅｌivery of products based on generation of weekly procurement report and shipment tracking
4Capable to alert supply risk in advance with detail minded and work with global supply chain to ｕｐｄａｔｅ recovery plan and ａｌｔｅｒnative plan
5Be pro-active in planning New Product Introductions and work closely with cross functions, such as Regulatory Affairs department to ensure a smooth launch to the market. Also, ensure all supply planning related ｍａｓｔｅｒ data set up correctly in system
6 Set appropriate inventory target level to manage the replenishment and keep product availability at all times with high service level to internal and external customers.
7 Ensure that the material ｍａｓｔｅｒ data are correctly set up in the systems and inventory data are accurate by doing a periodic maintenance and validation of these.
8 Investigate product availability and service level failures; excess inventory situations and ensure corrective actions are in place to prevent recurrence.
9Perform any ad hoc projects as assigned by the Management.

Basic Qualifications
1Bachelors degree required
2At least 3 years of related experience in Supply Chain Planning, Supply planning experience and SAP skill is preferred.
3Detailed oriented to validate data and information communicated are correct for further decision.
4Good communication, presentation and inter-personnel skills with ability to work collaboratively.
5Fluent in English, both speaking and writing
