Responsible for Process optimization:: He/she is in ｃｈａｒge of conducting data analyses as instructed by the LEAD Center Manager in order to identify new efficiency opportunities and quantify associated future savings in order to improve efficiency management in the long term.岗位职责：1. 对所有工厂的运行效率进行监控， 对偏差进行分析、提供解决方案，跟踪并解决。Monitor the operating efficiency of all plants, analyze and provide solutions when find deviations, , then track and resolve them.2. 通过不断创新、探索新的方式来提高工厂的运行效率。To improve the operating efficiency of plants by constantly innovating and exploring new ways.3.? ? 应用数字化手段，开发适用于生产运行的工具供团队使用， 简化流程，提高工作效率。 Develop properly digital tools for teams to simplify processes and improve work efficiency.4. 跟工厂协作，进行效率优化项目的执行，故障的分析与诊断。Cooperate with the factory to implement efficiency optimization projects, also problem analyze and troubleshooting 岗位要求：1. 化学工程与工艺、热能与动力工程等相关专业本科及以上学历; Bachelor degree or above in Chemical Engineering & Technology , Thermal and Power Engineering & Machinery or related major;2. 两年以上空分设计与制造经验；More than 2 years of ASU design and manufacturing experience3. 良好的英语读写能力，口语佳者优先；Good English reading and writing skills, good oral English is preferred；
