Responsibilities：1.Responsible and Acｃｏｕｎｔable for the Illumination Sub-system Specification, Design and Development (Disp and ill team)2.Technical interface to LED/applique supplier (supporting program team and buyer) (Disp and ill team)3.Development of optical element of design4.Specification and requirements：Specification of LED type and definition of driving conditions (electrical and SW) (Disp and ill team)5.Design of optical features within mechanical envelop provided by program team (Disp and ill team)6.Manufacturing requirements and calibration7.Core illumination strategies and solutions8.Technology 技术：Sign off applique supplier drawing；Sign off LED supplier specification；Sign off applique & LED supplier ESER；Sign off applique supplier AARApprove applique & LED supplier SCRs ；Issue and/or approve illumination measurement reports9.Communicates with Mechanical Engineer and other team member for optical development details10.Communicates with OEM customer with optical technical presentation11.Shares experience and knowledge with junior team members12.Assists manager in leading and developing the team13.Supports employee development by offering proper training, coaching and job rotation opportunities; ensures that Performance Review, Succession Planning and other HR programs are implemented (Applicable when have direct reports)Position Requirement:· Bachelor's degree in engineering (optical) - ｍａｓｔｅｒ's degree a plus本科或以上学历，光学工程专业· More than 5-10 years relevant experience of vehicle product development5-10车载产品相关领域经验· Light tools work experienceLighttools使用经验· Product Knowledge 产品知识· PC (MS-Office, Lotus Notes)· Quality Management 质量管理· Knowledge for prototype tools and equipment 样品工具和设备知识· Knowledge of optical measurement method and equipment光学测量方法及设备知识English Skill英语能力，听说读写
