We are looking for a new colleague at our location in Songjiang
District，Shanghai.
Your tasks:
* Overall operating expense controlling and analysis to support business
operations.
* Support for financial planning and analysis.
* Closely working with GSSO team with business view and support for the
monthly closing and reporting. Meanwhile, check and analysis the product cost,
freight, duty and so on above GP related spending compare with annual plan and
previous period, etc.
* Closely working with logistic & warehouse team (DC team) to understand
operating activities and control the spending.
* Provide analysis report of material cost vs. OP, RFC, and previous period,
find the reason of the variance and tracking the changing trend.
* Focus on material cost analysis and cost reduction project tracking, take
care of PPV, OPV and so on KPIs from costing perspective.
* Controller of Shanghai management company inventory and warranty, provide
clear reconciliation for the ending balance, movement, allowance and tracking
list for related items as well as inventory & tooling annual ｃｏｕｎｔing.
* Support for rolling forecast and annual planning.
* TP maintenance, daily and yearly.
* Fully understanding the demand from DC side and provide sensible financial
advice.
* Work closely with DC team for consignment customer reconciliation and
tracking, etc.
* Work as finance BP and support for China Trailer related business,
understand business team demand, and provide related support from finance side.
Your profile:
* Bachelor Degree in Acｃｏｕｎｔing or Finance related
* Strong quick and self-learning ability and Self-motivated to take more
responsibility
* Business driven mindset
* Powerful EXCEL user
* Good team player with effective communication skill; able to communicate in
English fluently
* Strong sense of acｃｏｕｎｔability, and willing to take new challenges
* Financial report accuracy
* Meeting reporting/project deadlines
* Solid controlling sense
* Working efficiency
