Responsibility 岗位职责:
1）MRP （Material requirement planning）
物料需求计划。
2）Supplier chain ｄｅｌivery on time according to planning
供应链按照计划按时交货。
3）Manage warehouse inventory.
管理仓库库存。
4）Manage the overall of warehouse including team resource & inbound/outbound process.
管理整个仓库，包括团队资源和入/出库流程。
5）Responsible for monthly and yearly stock.
负责月度和年度库存。
6）Responsible for production planning and liaise with production department as to monitor the progress to ｄｅｌivery on time.
负责生产计划，并与生产部门保持联系，以监控按时交货的进度。


Main job contents 主要工作内容：
1）Make Production planning and meet the plan.
制定生产计划并满足计划
2）Manage the material requirement planning to fulfill the demand. Lead team to make sure the materials will be ｄｅｌivered on time.
管理物料需求计划以满足订单生产需要。有效管理团队，以便物料可根据生产计划如期到达。
3）Responsible for monthly & yearly stock ｃｏｕｎｔ.
负责仓库月度、年度盘点工作。
4）In ｃｈａｒge of warehouse inbound/outbound process.
负责仓库的进出库流程管理。
5）Manage the inventory in a reasonable level.
合理管控仓库的库存量。
6）Specify the job deｓｃｒｉｐｔions and requirements for all positions in the department.
制定部门内各岗位的岗位描述及任职要求。
7）Coach and improve the skills and cohesion of team members.
指导与提升部门团队成员的技能及凝聚力。



Qualifications 任职资格：
Educational background 教育背景
Bachelor’s degree or above.本科及以上学历

Work experience 工作经验
1）At least 5 years’ experience in production & material planning.
至少5年以上生产与物料计划相关工作经验。
2）Familiar with factory manufacturing process and warehouse inbound/outbound process.
熟悉生产制造业作业流程及仓储进出库流程。
3）Received training on production management system, lean production concept, management techniques and other related knowledge.
接受过生产管理体系、精益生产理念、管理手法等相关知识的培训



Hard skills 硬性技能
1）English as work language 英语作为工作语言
2）Production planning management 生产计划管理
3）Have root cause analysis ability, can independently organize root cause analysis, and formulate and implement corrective and preventive measures 具备根源分析能力，能独立组织开展根源分析，并协助制定、实施纠正和预防措施。
4）Familiar with Microsoft Office software, such as Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT熟练使用Microsoft办公软件，如：Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT等
5）Strategy/Department task implementation capability战略/部门任务执行能力
6）Good training of subordinates and ｄｅｌegation ability
良好的培养下属及授权能力
