r This position is responsible for materials and project sourcing activity, processing ofmarket research, supplier development, identification and evaluation. Support sales team for new project cost evaluation.

r Key Acｃｏｕｎｔabilities主要职责:
r 1.Develop, evaluate and qualifynewsupplier accordinglytocompany’s strategy. 根据公司的采购战略开发新的合格的相关供应商。
r 2.Manage supplier sourcing and pre-auditing, evaluate supplier’s capacity and capability and intending of cooperation. Supplier performance assessment, cost control and regular audit according schedule. 管理开发审核新供应商。分析供应商的生产能力，产能及合作意向。供应商业绩评估，成本控制及日常审核计划
r 3.RFQprocessing and price negotiation, technical discussion, sample processing and purchase schedule tacking. 询价处理及价格谈判，技术讨论，样品处理及跟踪采购计划。
r 4.Collaborate with internal and cross function team to improve the ｄｅｌivery performance and quality performance.与公司内部跨部门团队合作改善供应商交期及质量绩效。
r 5.Other works assigned by direct manager.直接领导安排的其他工作。
r Qualifications & Requirements 职位要求:
r 1.Bachelor degree or above 本科学历及以上
r 2.Major in mechanical and electrical engineering机电工程类专业毕业
r 3. 3 to 5 years work experience. At least 2years sourcing experience, Experience of machining in valve and power equipment industry will be preferred.
r 3-5年工作经验,最少两年供应商开发经验，阀门加工及电力设备行业相关经验尤佳。
r 4.Good？technical knowledge about mechanical manufacturing process.
r 良好的技术背景，熟悉机械加工工艺。
r 5.Good communication skill and negotiation skill.良好的沟通能力及谈判能力。
r 6.Good management skill in quality and price issues.良好的质量及价格管控能力。
r 7.Good English Oral and Written 英文口语及读写能力良好。
r 8. Good skill of MS office software, excel, PPT, etc. 熟练使用word, excel, PPT 等office软件。
