岗位职责: 1.Manage and ｅｘｅｃute entire projects or components of data science projects from start to finish including data gathering and manipulation, synthesis and moｄｅｌling, problem solving, and communication of insights and recommendations. 2.Participate in the design, implementation and interpretation of experiments/trials for continuous refinement of on-going technical proposals. 3.Develop, verify, and validate analytics to ａｄｄress customer needs and opportunities. 4.Translate predictive insights from complex analytical frameworks to optimization. 5.Develop and deploy both traditional statistical moｄｅｌs and machine learning techniques and algorithms: Regression, clustering, neural ｎｅｔworks, random forest etc. 6.Participate as a Lead, Subject Matter Expert in projects that enable the use of data for analytics across Quest. This requires collaborating with business and technical teams to propose solutions and/or leverage new technologies to ａｄｄress data quality, normalization, and standardization issues. 1.管理和执行项目全过程或数据收集和操作、处理和建模，提供相应解决方案和建议。 2.参与人工智能模型的研究、数据训练、参数调优等工作。 3.根据客户的需要，识别、验证及分析相关参数。 4.开发和部署传统统计模型和机器学习技术和算法（如回归，聚类，神经网络，随机森林等）。 5.作为项目专家及负责人，在Quest中使用数据进行分析；
与业务和技术团队协作，提出解决方案，利用新技术来解决数据质量、规范化和标准化等问题。 任职要求: 1.ｍａｓｔｅｒ’s degree (or equivalent experience) or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or mathematics or related field. 2.Solid understanding of Machine Learning / Deep Learning techniques, algorithms and tools with exposure to CNN, RNN (LSTM), Transformers, know-how of Deep learning applications. 3.Strong development experience in languages like Python, as well as frameworks like Tensorflow, PyTorch, and/or Keras. 4.Familiar with R, Scala, Julia or SAS. 5.Exhibit a passion for AI and data and have a thirst to continually learn and keep pace with the latest innovations and applications. 5.Demonstrated skill in critical thinking and problem solving methods 6.Demonstrated skill in presentation and influencing skills 1.硕士及以上学历，获得计算机科学、人工智能、数学或相关领域的硕士学位或博士学位，5年及以上算法领域工作经验。 2.具备扎实的机器学习、深度学习、自然语言处理等人工智能技术理论基础，熟悉CNN、RNN (LSTM)、 TensorFlow 或 PyTorch 或Transformer，具备深度学习应用技能。 3.熟练掌握 Python、R、SQL 、TensorFlow 或 PyTorch、Keras等编程语言和数据结构与算法。 4.对AI和数据处理具有较高热情，对前沿技术保持学习和吸收。 5.具备较强的问题解决能力，良好的演讲表达技巧和团队协作精神。
