1. He is organizer of the production and maintenance sections
1. 组织各部门生产及维修
2. He synｃｈｒonizes all the subordinate sections on its responsibility in order to ensure the objectives of quality, cost and ｄｅｌay
2. 实现他所负责所有附属部门的协调同步，以确保实现质量、成本及按期交付目标
3. He intervenes with suppliers in case of a significant problem with the ｄｅｌays.

4. He ensures the organization of the workstations.
