岗位职责：
一、费用审核Daily audit of expense claims
1. 日常差旅费用审核Daily audit of expense claims；
2. 现金盘点 Making cash conut sheet;
二、发票开具及认证Invoicing and certification
1. 每月与客户进行对账后开具相应发票Issue invoices after checking acｃｏｕｎｔs with customers in each month;
2.月末根据GL entry list认证当月收到的增值税专用发票并登记Certified and registered monthly VAT invoices
3.月末根据GL entry list核对当月账目中的进项税税金是否和认证金额一致Check whether the input tax is consistent with the certified amount according to GL Entry list at the end of the month
三、核对及报表更新Check and ｕｐｄａｔｅ report
1. 月末核对银行余额，调节差异Check the bank balance at the end of the month and adjust the difference
2.每月末及时更新现金流量表ｕｐｄａｔｅ monthly cash flow statements
四、其他
1. 凭证整理保管及贴银行回单Sorting out and keeping vouchers and pasting bank receipts
2. 柜台押金登记ｃｏｕｎｔer deposit registration
3. 资料整理及归档Data sorting and filing
任职要求：
1、本科及本科以上 Bachelor degree or above, major in acｃｏｕｎｔing or related
2、财务及相关专业
3、熟练使用Excel\PPT等办公软件 Proficient in office software such as Excel、PPT
基本的英文读写能力 Basic English reading and writing skills
4、有较强的抗压力和沟通能力 Strong ability to work under pressure and communicate with others
