1.To create and to maintain exchange and cooperation relationship with all customers and all departments of GZ necessary to support and further develop our activity, project management, purchasing, design office, quality, production engineering of all GZ sites.
r
2.In relationship with China Customer Development Director, works out and implements a five-year automotive commercial plan formalizing the short, medium and long term strategic choices, this plan includes especially the definition of the sales policy, the options of international development and the products strategy.
r
3.In liaison with the Europe and US sales teams, ensure sales management of the site of GZ. 4.Under the approval of China Customer Development Director, defines and follows up the corresponding budgets.

PROFILE
r
1.University degree (commercial or technical economic major)
r
2.at least 8 years experiences in the industry as commercial position. Familiar with automobile market is a must.
r
3.To be open-minded to technical issues without having engineering graduate skills.
r
4.Foreign languages, Chinese and English.
r
5.Business trip (up to 4 days) in every week upon demand. Longer business trip, or even in the weekend, in special cases.
r
6.Calm, using diplomacy and communication skills internally and externally.
r
7.Well balanced negotiator.
r
8.Stimulating person bring decision taking.
r
9.delegate and be reported to in a progress spirit.
r
10.Sensitive to the cloth codes required by sales function.
