Responsibilities:
1.Ensure quality standard and requirement are met in process.
2.Conduct systematic failure management, evaluate problem solving quality and ensure its sustainability
3.Develop inspection concept for effective detection on failures
4.Lead the handling of customer complaint for responsible products;
5.Evaluate the change effectiveness including process change, engineering change
6.Identify risk and ｄｅｌiver optimization opportunity based on data analysis
7.Ensure AAQP is applied in project and support project realization
8.ｄｅｌiver quality decisions in time both for finish goods and part to support production and ｄｅｌivery

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above with major in mechanical, electrical or automotive
engineering, etc.
2. At least 3-year experience in process quality assurance in manufacturing industry, strong ability on systematic deviation handling and good quality awareness is must;
3. Good at quality tools and data analysis, can apply FMEA/AAQP/SPC/MSA into daily job;
4. Fully understand the quality gate both for series production and project, control and evaluate based on fact and data;
5. Independent, flexible and teamwork spirit; good English and Mandarin;
6. Experience on combustion engines or electrical product function test will be a plus.
