Responsibilities:
1.Sourcing and develop suppliers, maintain positive relationship with them for performance excellence.
2.Contract negotiation and parts cost verification.
3.Lead Cost reduction projects to reduce the current parts price.
4.Sample order and tooling order issue out.
5.Work with supplier quality engineer and material planner for trouble shooting.
6.Support STIHL headquarter or affiliated companies on supplier sourcing and communication.
7.Follow commodity strategy with commodity manager.
8.Supplier evaluation and risk analysis.
9.Other tasks assigned by superior.


Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is necessary;
2.Minimum 3 years working experiences on automotive, manufacturing or electric power tools as a buyer or purchasing engineer.
3.Familiar with metal forming process, turning &machining, or electric parts, motor, cell, battery pack, etc. is preferred.
4.Good negotiation/communication and cost analysis skill.
5.Fluent English, both written and oral.
6.Teamwork player and target oriented.
7.Good at data analysis tools, such as Excel.
8.SAP experience is necessary.
9.Be able to travel frequently.
