(i) having at least 8 years of working experience in a professional acｃｏｕｎｔing firm or financial controller or chief financial officer positions in companies;

(ii) having oral and written proficiency in English in a business or professional environment;

(iii) having working experience in one or more foreign invested enterprises in the PRC or companies outside of PRC;

(iv) having proven familiarity with PRC GAAP and IFRS acｃｏｕｎｔing standards; and

(v) being experienced in project business.
