Key Responsibilities:
r
1) Develop leads in the target industry by using specific industry experience and resource.
r
2) Co-work with SAM manager/director and sales with EMS background to develop new customer in the target industry.
r
3) Take charge new project development and relationship maintenance with existing customers.
r
4) Complete the annual target on quantity of new developed customers and revenue increase.
r
5) Support customer focus team (CFT) to solve the project issue in order to maintain a good level of customer satisfaction.
r
6) Other tasks that assigned by SAM manager/Director.
r
Key requirements:
r
1) Bachelor’s degree is mandatory, master’s degree is preferred. Major with business administration, marketing and sales and electrical & electronics engineering is an advantage.
r
2) 5 years+ sales related experience in specific industries (EMS, Industry, etc.), got sufficient knowledge and experience about the whole supply chain in the industry and the familiar the demand related with EMS.
r
3) Strong leadership and aggressive to drive business growth.
r
4) Strong business negotiation ability and presentations skills.
r
5) Strong analysing skills to write reports.
r
6) Fluent English in both oral and written.
