Experienced bilingual (English/Chinese) Customer Service Rep required to join Tronox, a global leader in titanium dioxide manufacturing that employees approx. 5,000 employees across 5 continents.

Tronox will offer a competitive remuneration package that is commensurate with skills, qualifications and experience level. For this position the package will include; a performance related bonus, along with all of the statutory benefits, allowances & insurances payable under Chinese law.

About the Role

The Customer Service Rep’s responsibilities will include:

Receive and process customer orders, inquiries and/or complaints covering items or products ordered with expertise.
Accurate and timely management of orders from entry point to delivery.
Direct and coordinate all facets of customer orders, maintaining satisfaction levels throughout the process.
Proactively maintains on-going relationship with key customers and sales staff.
This job requires analysis, judgement, and sensitivity to customer needs.
Incumbents use knowledge of products, product availability, sales territories, and individual customers to provide a key communications link to the customer.
Jobholders exercise judgement and discretion and function independently within authorized limits.
Records and processes orders and/or inquiries received by fax, telephone, and/or electronic mail.
Provides pricing, availability and schedule information within the established guidelines.
Checks and approves credit within established limitations and confirms orders.
Researches and obtains resolution of a variety of customer complaints and issues.
Serves as the communication link between customers and sales staff to assure responsiveness.
Tracks order activity and alerts appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems.
Expedites the delivery of selected orders.

Shipping document , custom clearance knowledge, LC, DA, DP banking docs preparation experience.
If you has SAP and Sox knowledge that will be a plus.
