Coaching and Mentoring on sales, training and communication skills to increase performance outcomes and sales results, expand the professional influence of the brand,across the Sales and Training Teams.Key Responsibilities? Cooperate with content team to develop EC new products training materials? Develop different forms of specialized nutrition content (e.g. advertorial/short video)? ｄｅｌiver Golden standard training to EC sales team and EC customers (e.g. TM/KAOLA/Xiaohonshu).? Develop training plan for customer service team of EC platforms.? Organize training projects to meet needs of EC customers.? Manage professional KOLs to attend live steaming.任职资格:Skills & Attributes? Workshop, Presentation and Learning and Development qualifications (e.g. Workplace Training & Assessment)? Proven Sales Performance? Excellent Microsoft Office skills
