岗位职责:
1、负责纸尿裤新产品的开发以及现有产品的升级和维护工作，包括配方设计、试机验证、工艺研究、稳定性测试、产品认证等;
Responsible for the development of new products and the upgrading of existing products, including formula design, trial run, manufacturing process research, stability study, product certification, etc..
2、负责纸尿裤配方用新材料的验证开发、相关供应商的技术评估以及创新型新材料的研究；
Responsible for the validation and development of formula-related new materials, technical evaluation of related suppliers and research of innovative new materials.
3、参与行业的技术交流，搜集、分析及整理行业、竞品、文献专利的最新信息，为产品开发计划的制定提供有效评估依据；
Participating in the technical communication of the industry. Collecting, analyzing and sorting out the latest information of the industry，competitive products, and patent literature. Providing effective evaluation basis for the product R&D plan.
4、参与产品标签的审核、卖点提炼及产品知识等方面的培训工作，解答销售日常工作中遇到的技术问题；
Participating in label auditing, selling points refining and product training, and answering sales’ technical questions in daily work.
5、负责部门的研发文件管理工作，包括项目文件及配方的管理，SOP的制订及更新等。
Responsible for R&D document management, including project document and formula management, formulating and updating SOPs, etc..
任职要求:
1、研究生及以上学历，非织造、纺织、高分子材料、化工等相关专业，有卫材行业经验及项目管理经验者优先；
ｍａｓｔｅｒ degree or above, major in non-woven fabric, textile engineering, polymer
material, chemical engineering, etc. Experience in disposable hygiene products industry and project management is preferred.
2、积极主动，逻辑思维清晰，创新及学习能力强，有较强的沟通协调能力；
Proactive, good at logical and creative thinking, good learning and interactive communication ability.
3、熟悉日常办公软件的操作，英文听说写流畅；
Acquainted with office software, fluent in English listening/ speaking/ writing.
