Job Deｓｃｒｉｐｔion1. Implement business process in customer interaction center under the condition of achieving operation KPI defined by client.2. Lead the operation team to reach client’s call center operation KPIs target under the condition of accepｔａｂｌｅ cost and qualified performance.3. Show operational expertise to clients and capable to propose better solutions on operation.4. Responsible for the security, include people supervision and policy implementation monitoring.5. Significantly grows the client relationship in teams of revenue generated and acｃｏｕｎｔ profitability.Qualification1. At least 3 years of large contact center acｃｏｕｎｔ management or operation management experience. (Experience of leading over 100 team size)2. Bachelor's degree or higher.4. Outstanding presentation skills in both English and Mandarin.5. Demonstrated skills in negotiation and leadership.6. Possesses a comprehensive and detailed knowledge of issues within BPO related business.7. Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal skills and problem solving skills related to project and acｃｏｕｎｔ management.8. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
