Main Accountabilities:
* Lead the cross-functional development of the strategic brand plans.
* Lead the implementation of the key marketing programs.
* Track the implementation of the cross-functional programs.
* Lead the marketing team and drive cross functional working.
Tasks:
* Manage the cross-functional strategic planning process for the IV Iron
Franchise.
* Manage the individual growth strategies of the products within the IV Iron
portfolio.
* Localize the global strategic plan into a country specific plan.
* Develop marketing and promotional materials for the BUs Partner with BUs
and the cross-functional team to organize activities such as congresses,
disease awareness campaigns, cycle meetings and country partner meetings.
* Seek sign-off of plans by the relevant committees, e.g. Global Commercial
Team, pricing committee..
* Actively engage with local commercialization partners in defining strategy
and executing operational plans, develop and engage KOLs for PBM programs, as
well as omni-channel development
* Drive strategic planning through market insights, for example, conduct
Market Research activities where necessary.
* Support the teams in analyzing new business opportunities and creating
structured business plans.
* Define key product messaging strategy and drive implementation in
collaboration with other departments such as Sales and Medical functions.
* Track new developments and competitive intelligence in the related field,
anticipating potential negative and positive impacts on the business and
providing timely feedback to the leadership team.
* Stay informed about the activities of health services in the country.
* Coach and develop team members in the course of their work and their future
Qualifications:
The knowledge and skills necessary to perform the duties of this position are
typically acquired through the following combination of education, experience
and knowledge, or the equivalent.
· Minimum Marketing degree from established university.
· Minimum 5-8 years of marketing experience in strategies development and
implementation, with proven track records
· Strong commercial background, to drive the relevant strategies for varying
tier markets and channels
· Minimum 10 years exposure with in-depth understanding of China
pharmaceutical and healthcare dynamics
· Well versed in marketing and strategy management tools and Microsoft
applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
· Excellent oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and good oral
and written communication skills in English
