Job Deｓｃｒｉｐｔion
As a Process Engineer of CR1 (Wafer preparation area, including Taping, Stealth Dicing, Backside Grinding, Die separation, Wafer AOI) , you should be familiar with CR1 process with good skills of project management, communication, experiment design, statistical analysis and problem solving, you will be responsible for a process, working together with other functional groups locally and/or globally to accomplish organizational and business objectives by ensure the process is in control and quality/reliability of product meets expectation; maintain HVM health, monitor Assembly Yield and understand the key yield losses; write FMEA, control plan, process specification, SOP, maintain product related documents; identify, diagnose and resolve process related problems; manage changes (new material, new process setting); lead /participate in continuous yield improvement and cost reduction activities.

Responsibilities and Tasks
Ensure the process is in control and quality/reliability of product meets expectation
Maintain HVM health, monitor Assembly Yield and understand the key yield losses
Write FMEA, control plan, process specification, SOP, maintain product related documents
Identify, diagnose and resolve process related problems
Assembly excursion management, identify root cause and define corrective actions
Manage changes (new material, new process setting)
Lead /participate in continuous yield improvement and cost reduction activities
Unit control, material scrap control, dispose excess materials, ensure effective and efficient risk management strategy
Support internal and external audits
SPC ｃｈａｒt review (Ppk>1.67, OOC)
