Deｓｃｒｉｐｔion:
1.Lead the maintenance team to provide strong support for the production
2.Organise the preventive maintenance of the equipment
3.Responsible for the spare-parts management
4.To do the continuous improvement of the workshop
5. Maintenance ISO file and follow up the system
6. Investment
- Define assembly line and all the work stations
- Investments follow-up （schedule and cost）
- FAT for each line
7.Site facility management: Site facility maintenance, EHS improvement, site investment like site extension, etc.
-Hire, train, motivate and evaluate the people in the Team in order to provide the Unit with the needed competencies and performance.

REQUIREMENTS：
1. Bachelor degree
2.At least 5 years work experience/ Industrial engineering background, Lean Experience
3.Some knowledge of the logistic and purchasing
4.PLC knowledge, Method of factory, Vacuum technology, High voltage technology , Lean Experience
