As an Inside Sales Renewals Specialist, you will be part of the Global Renewals Sales team that leads the renewal sales motion of maintenance support contracts and identifies up-sell opportunities from our established customer base & will be responsible for achieving sales revenue targets through outbound outreach to leads, pitching the value proposition of our products to increase business adoption, and maintaining and growing those clients.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

? Outbound, quota-carrying sales performers for small-to-medium markets driving renewals of Subscription as a Service or SaaS
? Manages all assigned renewal opportunities through leveraging channel partners or directly to end customers where needed ensuring on-time renewal targets are achieved

? Provides routine analytical and administrative support for customers and partners to guide them through their renewal opportunity and process
? Supports general account sales strategies for cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
? Promotes value proposition of upgrades and renewals to maximize return on products and solutions
? Participating fully in training sessions, skill building & professional development
? Identifying decision makers amongst the targeted leads to kick-off the sales process
? Maintaining and expanding your pipeline of prospects
? Utilizes CRM system and all necessary applications to manage and optimize opportunities, generate customer quotes and track all sales stages of the renewal opportunities.
? Generate Renewal sales opportunities by calling into the existing client database and encouraging them to do timely renewals
? Follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
? Receive inbound calls of client who wish to renew or have called as a call return – to be checked whether in scope
? Understand customer needs and requirements. Position the right upsell/cross sell product.
? Develop qualified opportunities to closure and hand hold the client for an online payment through the right portal. Or not keen on sharing credit card details over phone, have the PO generated by client and have the purchase team to follow up on payment
? Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas and all KPI’s against the role in this project and as per SOW
? Maintain and expand your database into buying other associated products within your assigned territory –to be checked whether in scope
? Team with appropriate channel partners where applicable to build proposal, close deals and load the order on distributor
? Perform effective online demos to prospects






REQUIRED SKILLS



? 2+ years software selling experience, Upcoming renewals, late renewals, future renewals tied to new contracts

? Native Korean and basic English Reading and writing
