Job Summary
基于事业部(财务计划与分析部,客户服务部以及业务发展部门)及地区职能支持团队的协作,地区总监领导由区域经理及食物供应部门组成的营运团队,在管辖地区内执行索迪斯中国的战略方针。
通过保证营运品质以及不断提高员工专业水平使我们的客户及顾客满意。
通过储备和发展人力资源,达到利润有机增长目标,实现集团2015雄心计划。

??8年以上的服务行业工作经验
8 years and above working experience in service industry
??4年以上经理级岗位管理经验

? 向事业部执行总监提交年度客户关系计划并实施该计划
Proposes to BU executive Director the Annual Relationship Plan per Client then implement it.
? 理解客户需求并按照事业部制定的计划进行客户满意度调查,通过分析调查结果制订行动计划
Understands expectations of Clients and manages the client survey at a frequency defined by BU. In particular analyzes survey results and defines action plan.
? 确保新签合同与业务发展部门的顺利交接以及开张
In particular ensures site openings are well transitioned between BD and operations and well mobilized by operations.
? 地区总监需要具有主动性,前瞻性,积极推动改进计划并定期向客户提交行动方案,有效实现客户及公司业务目标,续签合同,确保合同保有率
Pro-actives, fosters innovation and presents action plan on regular basis to Client in order to reach both Client and Sodexo objectives, and anticipates the renewal. Ensures the retention by the renewal of our contracts.

? 确保执行合适的由核心产品和品牌产品组成的混合餐饮产品,包括使用品牌可见度工具(如标识)
Ensures the implementation of appropriate mix of offers, mades of core and branded offers, including customer visibility tools (i.e. signage).
? 按事业部要求,确保食品研发部门制定的索迪斯品牌和餐饮产品在营运点现场的完整体现
Ensures the integrity of Sodexo brand and offers at site as defined by Food Offer Marketing department under BU requirements.
? 监管顾客反馈处理程序并定期进行顾客满意度调查。
确保实施针对投诉的改进补救措施
Monitors the implementation of Customer feedback process and the conduct of customer’ surveys on regular basis. Ensures remedial plans to complaints are done and implemented.

In order to reach his/her own organic growth objectives:
? 调整产品组合,在现有客户的现有餐饮服务中增长业务。

Grows existing foodservices with existing Clients, in particular by leveraging on offer portfolio
? 为现有客户发展新的餐饮服务项目
Develops new foodservices with existing Clients
? 在现有客户中发展设施管理服务,确保将客户介绍给设施管理事业部
Promotes the development of FM services with existing Clients, and ensures they are introduced to Sodexo FM BU.
? 参与新客户开发。
带领区域经理及部门经理一起支持业务发展部门的工作,尤其是参与销售进程最后阶段的陈述及部门参观等
Takes part in development of new clients. For that, support Business Development team and manages his/her AM/UM to support also selling process; in particular takes part on the final steps of the selling process: presentation, Sodexo site visit…
? 收集并汇报市场及竞争对手信息,尤其是索迪斯尚未参与的市场变动(如更换供应商)
Collects and reports information on market and competitors, in particular market movements (change of supplier) that occur without Sodexo participation.

With the support of HR and in line with \"Potential\" policy:
? 与部门经理,区域经理一起,发掘识别有潜质成为部门经理的员工。

Identifies and selects site employees with potential to be UM; involve UM and AM in the identification process.
? 发掘识别有潜质成为区域经理的部门经理
Identifies and selects UM with potential to be AM.
? .为上述员工制订个人发展计划,包括:
(a)职位发展规划 (b)适当的指导& (c)营运现场/非现场培训,使他们完善成为一名部门经理或区域经理所需要的能力。

Defines and plans personalized development program (combination of (a) position evolution (b) appropriate coaching & (c) on-site & off-site training programs) for each “potential UM” and each “potential AM” to acquire the missing competencies to become UM or AM
? 确保每个“储备部门经理/区域经理职位发展规划”的实施,必要时协助人力资源部进行培训。
在经人力资源部要求及事业部执行总监批准后,参与培训。

Ensures the position evolution decided for each “Potential UM” and “Potential AM” and supports HR in the implementation of
training programs when necessary. Participates to training programs when required by HR and agreed by ED.
? 根据部门经理需求定期评估的结果(需更换的UM,现有合同的发展壮大,新开合同)及“储备部门经理”资源的定期回顾,招聘和整合具备成为区域经理潜质的部门经理。

Recruits and integrates UM with potential to become AM based on regular evaluation of UM needs (UM to replace, existing sites developing, new sites to open) and based on regular review of “potential UM” resources.
? 保证所有新营运点的开张由事先选定的有经验的现有部门经理或具备部门经理能力的“储备部门经理”负责。

Ensures 100% of new sites are opened with existing UM having the required experience and therefore pre-selected to open new sites, or with “potential UM” ready to grow in the UM position.
? 根据区域经理需求定期评估的结果(需更换的区域经理,新产生的职位)及“储备区域经理”资源的定期回顾,招聘和整合区域经理。

Recruits and integrates AM based on regular evaluation of AM needs (AM to replace, new positions to create) and based on regular review of “potential AM” resources.
? 通过关键业绩指标监管一线员工,部门经理及区域经理的保有率,并提交增加员工保有率的建议
Monitors site employee, UM & AM retention through KPI and proposes any idea or initiative that would contribute to enhance employee retention.
? 为区域经理制订质量及业绩目标,并管理他们以实现目标。
为每一位区域经理作年度评估及其他管理报告。

Sets up qualitative and quantitative objectives for his/her Area Managers, and then manages them to achieve the objectives. Makes yearly performance assessment for each AM and other direct reports.
? 监督管理区域经理为部门经理制订工作目标并审核部门经理奖金的发放
Controls the definition of UM objectives by AM and then validates the calculation of bonus to UM.
? 拟定对其管辖地区内员工的奖惩方案,做到奖惩分明
Proposes any appropriate reward or punishment when employees in his/her region show exemplarity or not
? 定期召开地区管理委员会会议,根据需要邀请地区支持团队参加
Manages a regional committee with regular collective meeting of his/her direct subordinates plus appropriate regional Support
Functions managers.
财务管理及报告Financial Management & Reporting
? 从宏观角度制订预算及预测,监管区域经理对每个部门的行动计划以完成预算目标。

Establishes macro approach for Budget & Forecasts, then monitors AM \"site-by-site\" action plans to reach Budget.
? 负责完成地区预算,包括营业额(合同续签,可比增长),毛利润,人员成本;
委派选定的有经验的部门经理负责新的营运点开业,以及完成索迪斯中国执行委员会对区域经理设定的其他关键业绩指标
Accountable for the achievement of the budgets in term of Sales (Retention and Comparable Unit Growth) - Gross Profit – Headcounts, for the achievement of new site opening with existing and pre-selected UM, and for other Key Performance Indicators that may be defined by Sodexo China executive Committee for RD.
? 通过公司及事业部的报告系统提供完整准确的数据,并对比上一财年预算及结果,分析目标达成情况。
对未达标项目,提交相应的行动方案并汇报方案实施进度
Provides comprehensive and accurate comments in reporting tools defined by the Company and the BU and analyzes the performance situation against last year results and budgets. In case of non-performance, describes action plan decided and status of implementation.
? 监控应收帐款情况,尽量减少逾期付款天数
Supervises aging report and manages overdue payments (DSO) in the quickest time frame.
质量管理
Quality
? 确保部门经理及区域经理理解索迪斯质量标准(营运必做)的意义和重要性,并保证在其地区内的实施
Makes sure all his/her UM and AM understands the importance and the meaning of all Sodexo quality standards (Incontournables) and guarantees implementation in his/her region.
? 对营运必做中需要改进的部分提出建议
Makes suggestion to improve Incontournables when irrelevant。
