Recruitment & Other HR function support
1. The execution of employee hiring and placement procedure. Assist Manager to select resume and recommend suitable candidate for interview.
2. Assist Manager to implement other HR related jobs, include employee relationship, training program, performance management etc.
3. To complete HR regular report.
Adm related:
1. Handle administrative things related to General Manager.
2. In charge of reception of customers and visitors.
3. Organize company meeting event and distributor communication event..
4. Assist Manager to implement other ADM related jobs in Shanghai.
职位要求:
1. At least 5 years relavant working experience on HR & ADM field, especially for recruitment function.
2. Be familiar with Chinese labor law and related regulations.
3. Good communication skill and data analytic ability, initiative.
4. Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Good command of written and spoken English.
