This exciting and challenging position is for the right candidate who is willing and keen to join a fast growing and potentially a world class Chinese semi-conductor manufacturing company as the Senior Legal Counsel of the Trade Compliance section of the Legal Department of the company.职责描述：Keys among the primary responsibilities for this role will include: participating in the designing and implementing of a sound trade compliance program of the company, providing ongoing trade compliance counsel, supporting, as needed, various operational activities of the company in China and globally, and endeavoring to minimize potential risk exposures of the company.
任职要求
：1. A law degree (i.e., Bachelor of Law and/or L.L.M ) from a leading law school in China and/or overseas.2. Licensed to practice law in China and/or in a common law jurisdiction. 3. In-depth knowledge of and rich experience in handling trade compliance related matters (experience in dealing with U.S. export control related matters is especially favored) in the IC industry. 4. A minimum of 5+ years (PQE) either at a multi-national company and/or with a leading international law firm or a leading Chinese law firm.5. Excellent drafting and communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin).6. A team leader and also a team player with a proven track record in trade compliance practice areas, mature, willing to learn and improve oneself, self-motivated, hard-working and demonstrate sound judgment on complicated and/or ambiguous matters.
