Operation, management, and maintenance of the company’s management system
ACｃｏｕｎｔABILITIES
？组织和策划公司内部管理体系的建设及推行，主导组织体系文件的编制和修订，定期检查体系执行过程中存在的问题，确保公司体系正常运行
Organize and plan the construction and implementation of the company’s internal quality management system, lead the preparation and revision of organization system documents, regularly check the problems existing in the implementation of the system, and ensure the normal operation of the company’s system
？主持公司内部审核，二方审核及三方审核的应审工作；参与公司内部及外部审核、认证工作，并针对审核发现进行过程监督及效果验证，促进管理持续改进
Lead the company’s internal audit, two-party audit and three-party audit; Participate in the company’s internal and external audit and certification, and carry out process supervision and effect verification according to the audit findings, so as to promote the continuous improvement of management
？识别并建立跨部门之间的关键业务流程，对流程运行进行有效性、成熟度的评估、成熟度、持续改进与优化
Identify and establish key business processes across departments, and evaluate the effectiveness, maturity, continuous improvement, and optimization of process operation
？推进流程管理的数字化应用，使业务流程高效化、透明化
Promote digital application of process management, make business process efficient and transparent
？组织管理体系的宣贯和培训，组织实施提高公司员工流程意识的业务活动
Organize the publicity, implementation, and training of the management system, and organize the implementation of business activities to improve the process awareness of the company’s employees
Requirements on knowledge & skills:
Education/ Knowledge:
？本科及以上学历 Bachelor degree or above （education background:）
？熟悉ISO体系、流程及文件编写能力，独立工作能力Familiar with ISO, Ability of process and document writing, independent operation
？良好的英语沟通能力者优先，口语和书面 Preference for Good English skills both oral and written
