Purpose:
Dedicated marketing resource for the kitchen business. Acｃｏｕｎｔable for the marketing related affairs for the kitchen categories in China, for both brands AXOR and Hansgrohe. Be the direct marketing window person for local commercial stakeholders, HQ marketing and PM team, as well as the strategic partner Schock. Help drive the sustainable business growth and the brand development in the kitchen channels.

Responsibility:
1.Develop and lead the marketing strategy and plan of kitchen & filtration business nationwide and follow up the implementation. Continuously optimize strategies and plans, Lead the team to achieve performance indicators.
2.Independently run campaigns to build kitchen awareness and drives business result.
3.Work closely with HQ and Chinese product management team; analyze market demands and target customer insights, systematically develop and maintain competitive product portfolio for kitchen & filtration products.
4.Work closely with Schock Germany (for granite sink business) on joint marketing programs and plans, and lead the ｅｘｅｃution in China.
5.Work closely with sales departments and distributors to formulate clear sales plan of kitchen & filtration products for all sales regions and channels in China (home decoration companies, sub-dealer, promotion, retail stores, project, KA, eCom, etc.).
6.Work closely with the respective functional teams of China and HQ marketing, leverage shared resources and jointly steer the marketing plan ｅｘｅｃution.
7.Timely feedback the market change information to the company, including dealer dynamics and demand, competitor dynamics, the feedback and demand of end consumers, Party A, and designers; Formulate effective response plans and continuously improve customer satisfaction.

Requirement:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, major in marketing or related areas.
2.Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
3.Over 10 years of sales & marketing experience, with more than 5 years in kitchen or bathroom related industries.
4.Strategic mindset and business acumen, proficient in new business development.
5.Excellent communication skills, pressure resistance and teamwork spirit.
6.Strong leadership skills and self-driven attitude.
7.Strong communication and cooperation ability with all departments of the company.
