ROLE PURPOSE
Systematically develop sales of AXOR Products in the relevant channel
ACcountABILITIES
?Systematically develop sales AXOR products in consumer and B2B channels
?Development of distribution network including the communication with purchase/retail/project related departments
?execution of market & competitor research for relevant product category (desk & field research),
?Development and implementation of business strategy for AXOR brand
?Cooperate with Marketing department to promote the AXOR products to relevant channel and coordinate the cooperation between our Marketing department and relevant channel
?Coordinate internal CSR/Logistic/After-sales departments to satisfy the AXOR products customer requirement
?Effectively influence distribution to increase focus and invest on AXOR brand
?Support distribution to build up luxury sales capabilities and sales steering capabilities
Specific Job Requirements:
Knowledge:
?Bachelor’s degree
?Very good English skills both in oral and written.
Skills:
?Sales experiences in relevant field or related field >7 years deep understanding of the business for relevant channel in China [decision criteria, customer structure, key market players incl. strength and weaknesses, assortment requirements]
?Proven track record of successfully developing a regional market or channel
?Strong strategic & analytical thinking
?Outstanding business acumen
?Self-depended working style and high willingness to perform and achieve as well as attention to detail
?Extraverted and empathic personality with exceptional ability to quickly earn trust of internal and external stakeholders
?Good communication skills and team spirit
?Willingness to travel for >70%
