Job Scope:
Responsible for the sales activities for IC product
Has superior knowledge of the organization, the business and sales strategies
Participates in the development of the sales strategy
Establishes and maintains relationships with distributors and customers
Has a strong technical background
Sell technical products or services by working with current customers and develop new customers
Responsible for the customer needs analysis, development, negotiation, sale, installation or delivery and after-sales services to a group of clients, and
Develops new business opportunities
Main Responsibilities:
Assists in establishing sales quotas and budgets.
Serves the needs and requirements of a few key sales accounts
Establishes and maintains relationships with distributors and customers
Provides key communication linkage among sales, marketing and other functions.
Advises management on consumer trends and feedback.
Visits current and potential customers
Keeps customers informed on new products or services, pricing, changes, etc.
Keeps records and reports on all activities
Provides input into the development of annual budget and sales forecasts
Handles highly specialized products in competitive markets.
Coordinates with distributors on the execution of sales plans and projects
Prepares reports on market trends, consumer habits and promotion activities
Conducts training for online technical service
Requirements:
At least 5 years’ experience in a managerial position in coating industry
Preferably in industrial multinational company
Knowledge of coatings, negotiating, and change management
Can work independently
Good communication skills
Fluent in English written
