Job Responsibilities工作职责
1.Develop monthly RM purchasing plans according to the sales forecasts and raw material lead time, MOQ. and others. 根据销售预测，结合原料采购周期，最小起订量等要求制定月度原料采购计划
2.Release purchasing orders through batch ｍａｓｔｅｒ system to qualified suppliers to ensure daily production needs. 通过BM系统下达采购订单以满足日常生产所需
3.Follow up RM on time ｄｅｌivery, timely feedback of supply issues to Procurement for better supplier management. 跟进原料交付准时性，及时向采购部门反馈供应问题，以协助采购部进行供应商管理
4.Daily goods receipt in BM system for consignment raw materials, and actual usage confirmation and order handling寄售原料的日常入库，月度对账及寄售订单处理
5.Arrange payment for RMs, including invoice matching in BM system, ａｄｄitional cost voucher entry for imported RMs, ensure PO/GR/IV match and submit payment requests to Finance处理原料订单的付款事宜，包括在BM系统内录入发票号，分摊进口原料额外成本，订单/入库单/发票三单匹配打印后向财务提交付款申请
6.Handle import raw material customs declaration处理进口原料报关事宜
7.RM inventory Management and Optimization 原料库存控制与优化
8.Assist in handling customer complaints and returns caused by RM. 协助处理因原料问题造成的客户投诉，以及原料退换货等事宜
9.Any other duty as assigned by manager. 其他领导交代的事项
Job Requirements任职要求
1.2 years working experience in Chemical industry in Supply Chain/Production Planning would be highly preferred. 2年以上供应链/生产计划/采购工作经验优先
2.Major in Chemistry is a plus. 化学工程学背景优先
3.Experience in using Batch ｍａｓｔｅｒ System is a plus. 有BM系统操作经验优先
4.Strong sense of responsibility, proactive and positive attitude. 有强烈的责任心、主动性和积极的态度
5.Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills. 具有良好的沟通和人际交往能力的团队合作精神
6.Good problem solving and organization skills. 良好的解决问题和组织能力
7.Can work under pressure. 能在压力下工作
8.Computer literate and proficiency in ERP system 能在压力下工作
