Job deｓｃｒｉｐｔion:
1.ｅｘｅｃution of Export Control and Anti-Terrorism Regulations(National, US and those imposed from Corporate,ect.)
- Ensure export control checkpoints for all relevant processes within Infineon framework which includes PUR, HR, SMD, F, LOG etc.,
- Participation in ad-hoc projects where applicable
- Participation in GC ECC Workshop
- Participation in GC EC Weekly JF & GC ECC monthly call
2.Controlling / Daily Operations
- Ensure smooth operation systems through the release of blocked order sin non-standard ｄｅｌivery approval system (NOSTAS) as well as Technologies Transference request (TecTra)
- Ensure correct classification for all shipments, technology transfer and hiring positions (if applicable)
- Provide support on daily export control issues for all departments of IFSW & IFWU
- To be a member of GC_EC_Order release team, work in shift to handle EC blocked orders of DCH standard shipments and all GC Legal entities NOSTAS shipments
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
3.Training, Awareness and Competency Building
- ｃｒｅａｔｅ general awareness and/or personalized trainings for relevant take holders via regular interactions with them
- Ensure regular ｕｐｄａｔｅ of the training slides using the Central EC training reference slides
- Participate and provide articles for GC ECC newsletter
- Participate in internal/external training relating to Export Control
- Engaging with relevant local government bodies on Export Control
4.Audit
Prepare for internal ECC audit by IFCN (i.e performed by IFBJ BC EC)and external EC Audit by governmental authority
5.Support GC EC Head to handle Some Specific EC Tasks within GC Region.
