This position is mainly responsible for the acｃｏｕｎｔing of foreign offices, and English is the main working language.

Duties and Responsibilities

1.Independently complete overall acｃｏｕｎｔing processing, including income reconciliation, cost and expense document review, to ensure that the financial system records are true, complete and accurate.

2.Familiar with the daily declaration of national and local taxes and handling of tax changes, independently complete tax declaration and other matters, receive and issue invoices, and complete tax declarations in a timely manner, including individual tax, corporate income tax, value-ａｄｄed tax, etc..

3.Accurately and timely do the acｃｏｕｎｔing and settlement work, and carry out the correct acｃｏｕｎｔing.

4.Regularly check current acｃｏｕｎｔs, clear acｃｏｕｎｔs receivable and payable in a timely manner, implement internal control, and review whether the records of receipts and payments are accurate.

5.Independently complete the company’s monthly, quarterly and annual budgets, and prepare cash flow forecast ｔａｂｌｅs.

6.Understand the overseas acｃｏｕｎｔing process, and be able to assist in handling related acｃｏｕｎｔing matters of overseas companies.

7.Do a good job of keeping and filing contracts in accordance with company regulations.

8.Keep financial files well in accordance with company regulations.

9.Familiar with the relevant business of the bank, have a certain understanding of the overseas payment, receipt, foreign exchange settlement process and capital operation process.

10.Daily cashier work.

11.Other work assigned by the superior supervisor.


Desired Skills and Experience

1.Serious and meticulous work, strong sense of responsibility, and good teamwork spirit.

2.Proficient in using EXCEL forms, UF financial software, etc.

3.CET-6 or above, good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.

4.Bachelor degree or above, major in financial acｃｏｕｎｔing or other related majors, relevant acｃｏｕｎｔing certificates and working experience in the financial industry are preferred.

5.Possess a solid professional foundation in financial acｃｏｕｎｔing, have experience in acｃｏｕｎｔ creation and more than 2 years of independent processing experience in overall acｃｏｕｎｔing, and have completed annual audit and final settlement is preferred.

6. Financial related work experience in Hong Kong, Macao and overseas is preferred.

7. International students preferred.
