HRBP 岗位配置招聘 社会招聘 猎头招聘 制药/医疗 工作职责:职位目标/Position Summary:Act as HR Business Partner role in supporting recruitment, employee relation, operation support, system information maintenance, reporting and HR projects within given timeline and business needs.职责/Responsibilities:Recruitment?Conduct the recruitment activity based on manpower plan, independently responsible for the processes including job posting, sourcing, screening, selection, offering and onboarding, orientation if applicable. Maintain interview data and report to HR manager.?Maintain recruitment channels, company recruitment websites and regular recruitment reports, etc.?Design recruitment posters and support employee branding promotion.?Support recruitment projects and work as main focal to internal and external stakeholders.Operation?Partner with HR Team, coordination employee life cycle process (including onboard, new employee orientation, probation management, termination, employee data change, etc.) and prepare, review in HR system.?Project Follow-up, including 180-day onboarding program, Probation Review, Contract Renewal, etc., and regularly output relevant reports.?Responsible for and ensure completion of employee exit interviews and Clearance process. Report outcome of exit interview information to HR Manager and tracks/maintains data.?Consolidate national policy of maternity leave and conduct name list management and reminder to other relevant HR members.Business Partner?Interact with relevant HR Partner、Business Managers and employees to solve the issue and provide timely, high-quality support.?Involve in business visit and meetings to understand and learn business continuously and provide HR findings and insightsEmployee Relation?Coordinate with HR Manager or HR Partner to deal with labour disputes or ER Case and Compliance Case.?Coordinate/ schedule HR programs or activities and provide HR insight timely, prepare materials for marketing newsletter upon needs.Miscellaneous?Design employee communication newsletters and cooperate with cross department.?Work as main window to consolidate reports from HRBPs in other offices.?Support HR Managers to meeting materials preparation like PPT or excel.?Other duties as assigned.核心能力/Core Competencies?Full-time Bachelor’s Degree?At least 5 years work experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner including 3-year recruitment experience. ?Pharmaceutical industry preferred.?General knowledge of the principles and practices of personnel administration.?Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with peers and employees. ?Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of the Internet; excellent PPT skills; basic designing ability.?Ability to present information and make recommendations effectively in oral and written form.其他要求/Other Requirements?Good communication skills, oral and written, both in Mandarin and English is must.?Good learning ability, time management and can-do attitude.?Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and make deadlines.
